Urban Waterfall

11/23/2014

Medium: Wood, Model Grass, Transparent Paper, Acrylic Board, and Foam Board
Purpose of my build is to introduce a new style of building that integrated a luxury hotel room with
great amount of space of multipurpose apartment. Without disturbing residents living on top nor removing
any luxury experience and at the same time saves plenty of land compared big houses. Amazing
features gives residents more comfort and enjoyment. Waterfall separates resident area and the
street and blocks traffic noises. Also, provide a comfortable shade contrasting with the sunlight on the
other side. Single side transparent floors allows more natural light into covered space. Shifted floors
allow sunlight to reach every balcony.
